When you say "only" numerous times so you don't get lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise or sometimes mustard, and it's even repeated back to you, and yet somehow that's all you get...
2 stars because this "only" happens about 1 out of every 4 visits.
I've tried "plain" before when ordering the club, only to get shorted the bacon, sometimes the cheese as well.
I've even tried listing the items above as "no x,y,z" to be corrected that I really "only" want other toppings.
If there is a secret way to "only" get certain toppings, I have yet to find it.
Otherwise it's a really good sub.
