Amazing BBQ and the service was quick.
Came in on a Sunday night and ordered a 2-Plate with Ribs, Brisket, Fries, and Coleslaw.
The ribs peeled off the bone as if it was slow cooked and the fries are peeled extra thick.
I couldn't finish this so I took this home and it was still good to eat for lunch the next day. There are other items on the menu that you can try out if you're not looking to spend a whole ton of money.
They also have their in-house BBQ sauce and you can request their pepper sauce for an extra kick.

I was craving BBQ, and this place is close to my work, so I gave it a shot.
I placed an order online, and it was a standard wait of 40 minutes, no big deal.
It took an extra 20 minutes on top of that, but it was still no big deal, just plan accordingly if you order to go.
The ribs were tender, the brisket was great, the potatoe salad was good, and so were the greens, the mac was mid, but that could be from travel time.
I liked their BBQ sauce but would have loved some more heat in it.
Parking is across the street just a heads up.
I'd definitely go again and have no regrets!

Absolutely excellent BBQ, it's what you would expect from a Texas smokehouse but it's in MN.
Smoked ribs and brisket were juicy with a perfect level of seasoning and smoke.
Fall off the bone but but not mushy.
Sides were on point with crispy fries and a slaw that had the perfect balance of dressing , acid and crunch.
I highly recommend this place. Keep hours in mind as they are open later in the day on most weekdays.
