Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Would love to thank everyone for an amazing dinner.
It was delicious.
The ribs fell off the bones and the salmon had an amazing smoke flavor and tender and juicy.
The service manager April was great and a pleasure to talk to.
Our waitress Elsa was the best we have had in ages!!!! Would definately recommend!! Love it!

The food was delicious with large portions.
My husband and I dined here to celebrate Father's Day, and neither of us is disappointed.
The service was friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend going during the happy hour.
Bar bites were delicious.

Firebirds had good food.
It wasn’t excellent but it wasn’t terrible, it was just good.
My friend got a burger and I tried their hot honey chicken sandwich.
We also got the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls for an appetizer.
The egg rolls had a VERY strong Asian oil that was very over powering.
If it weren’t for that, they’d have been fantastic.
My hot honey chicken sandwich was very good, but not good enough that I would want to have it again.
The restaurant was VERY hot, uncomfortably so.
I’m *always* cold, so for me to be uncomfortably hot… I’m thinking maybe the HVAC wasn’t working? I saw other people fanning by themselves, so it wasn’t just me.
It was my best friends birthday and they brought out a signed card and complimentary creme brûlée cheesecake and it was VERY good! (And the signed card was so sweet!) The restaurant was clean, the waitress was so sweet and attentive and it was nice that they have complimentary bread.
I did have very weird… chunks of something in my ranch (see photo).
I would be willing to try a second time… maybe… and try a different dish.
I’ve heard really great things about this place but to me, Primrose Table is much, much better than Firebirds.
If I decide to come back, I will try a couple different dishes and update my review.
