Fayard's is a cozy spot ideal for breakfast and lunch, nestled inside a Chevron gas station. I enjoyed their fully dressed shrimp PoBoy, bursting with crispy fried shrimp on perfectly pressed French bread - it was a delightful treat! The atmosphere is casual, yet welcoming, and the staff is genuinely friendly. They also offer comfort food options and baked goods that caught my eye. While the pricing may be a tad higher for the portions, I left satisfied and would definitely swing by again. 😋
