Falafel George is a must-visit for falafel enthusiasts in Haifa! Tucked away in the charming Wadi Nisnas neighborhood, this cozy spot serves up fresh falafel that’s cooked right when you order. I loved the variety of toppings and sauces, especially the tahini! The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch. If you're gluten-free, they offer options without pita. I ended up coming back multiple times during my stay... Highly recommended! 🌟
