Fairchild is a gem of a dining experience! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, perfect for a special night out. We started with the hickory smoked sturgeon, which was a flavor explosion! For mains, I savored the perfectly cooked New York strip and my fiancé adored the rich riso nero loaded with seafood.
Morgan, our server, was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable, making our night even better. We couldn't resist trying dessert; the pumpkin panna cotta was divine! 🍮 Overall, a must-visit for any foodie in Madison! We'll be back soon!
