Everest Nepali Kitchen is a gem tucked away in Cary! 🌟 I visited for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere. The jhol momo was, hands down, the best I've ever tasted - so flavorful!

The service was speedy and friendly, with my server Anuja making great recommendations.

Don’t miss the fried potato fritters; they’re addictive! I also loved the garlic naan paired with their delightful curries.

With a casual vibe and plenty of space, it’s great for families or solo diners. Can't wait to return! 🍽️
