Estella's Mexican Restaurant, now known as Paula's, is a cozy gem that has been a staple in Arlington for decades! 🌟

I stopped by for breakfast and ordered the el Roy breakfast with an extra egg. It did not disappoint - perfectly cooked! The refried beans were a standout, rich in flavor and comforting. Although I encountered a slight wait for service, the friendly staff made me feel at home.

The atmosphere is casual, making it great for families, and there's a good kids' menu too. If you're in the area, definitely give it a shot! Will be back for more! 🌮✨
