If you're in Eureka, Esmeralda's 2.0 should be on your radar! 🌮 The al pastor tacos are a flavor explosion; perfectly seasoned meat wrapped in soft tortillas. I also indulged in their California Burrito - so hearty with steak, fries, and the freshest ingredients.

While I would love some indoor seating, their takeout is efficient, making it easy to enjoy quality meals at home. Plus, the staff are always helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Can't wait to go back!
