Enchilada Express is a gem for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine! 🌮 My son and I popped in for dinner, and we were instantly impressed. The homemade tortillas were soft and delightful, beautifully wrapping around flavorful beef chunks. The carne asada hit all the right notes, and the hot salsa added a nice kick!
The rice? Some of the best I’ve tasted - perfectly tender and not too salty. The cozy atmosphere is great, with only five tables available, so it can get snug. Definitely worth a visit! Can’t wait to try the tlayuda next! 🌟
