Embers truly delivers an unforgettable dining experience! Nestled in the heart of Brighton, the cozy atmosphere makes for a perfect date night. We indulged in the pork tomahawk - so juicy and flavorful, while the lamb dish stole my heart. The small plates invite adventurous sharing, and the cocktails complemented our meal beautifully. Watching the chefs work their magic over a fire was a highlight. Friendly staff and knowledgeable service made it even better. We can't wait to come back for more... 🍸
