Elmer's Kitchen in Beaverton is the breakfast haven I've been craving! The moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. I couldn’t resist trying the famed German pancakes, and wow, they did not disappoint - light, fluffy, and utterly delicious! My breakfast buddy loved the Eggs Benedict, which had the perfect runny yolk and creamy hollandaise.

Though the decor could use a little refreshing, the nostalgia and warmth of the vibe are hard to beat. Can’t wait to return! 🥞
