This is a perception and experience review.
This a new, or at least to Jacksonville, a startup and popup coffee and light food place. All the standard items Coffee, Latte and the Bagel set.
They've got a functional app.
Setting the password can be a challenge.
To date, haven't seen much with the rewards program linked to the App. It takes time for technology to evolve.
I get that. I'm at four stars for service, atmosphere.
I don't like the portable interface for payment, especially if the order is in process plus I couldn't hear what was being said.
I'd suggest studying the varied menu before arriving, instead of reading the exterior sign. If it's busy you'll see what I mean by this. Lastly, while on the logistics there are two lines used for ordering at this small building of course there will be plenty of movement and vehicular traffic. Its still worth it all.
Prices are competitive.

Overall experience was excellent.
The colorful drinks had me very curious.
They all have unique fruity flavor.
The chicken salad sandwich was delicious.
The freezer coffee was perfectly made.

The baristas were very nice.
You CANNOT be in a rush when you come here.
There was only 1 car in front of me, so volume wasn't a problem.
The order/prepare method seems to be the hold up.
Since there's no speakerphone to "pre-order" in-line, you order,pay & wait at the same window.
This causes a back-up instead of constantly moving cars.
The drinks u got were fine, but not worth a long wait if there's more than 1 car ahead.
BTW, there are 2 windows to order, one on each side.
