Elephant Thai Restaurant is a hidden gem in Rancho Cucamonga! 🌟 The Pad Thai was deliciously balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and crunch. I also loved the Green Curry, which had a rich flavor and perfect level of spice that warmed me up.
