El Zócalo Taqueria is a hidden gem in Rockford! 🌟 The moment I stepped in, the cozy, casual atmosphere made me feel right at home. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and they were absolutely delicious - perfectly balanced portion sizes!

Their handmade tortillas are a game-changer, fresh off the comal. I couldn't resist sharing a few small plates - pupusas, sopes, and chicken flautas - with my friend, and every bite was comforting and authentic.

The friendly staff adds to the welcoming vibe. I can’t recommend this place enough - definitely will be back weekly! ✨
