El Vaquero Mexican Restaurant is a hidden gem in San Antonio! 🌮 I visited for lunch and couldn't resist the birria tacos - absolutely outstanding! They were hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The staff was welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere that instantly felt like home.
I also loved the warm chips and salsa, and the homemade tortillas are a must-try! Don't overlook the desayunos, especially the huevos a la Mexicana.
This casual spot is perfect for families, with enough room to relax and enjoy. I can’t wait to come back for breakfast! 🤩
