November 18, 2024El Tapatio Fresh Mex is an unexpected delight tucked inside the TA Express Travel Center! Having traveled extensively, I can assure you that the burritos here rival those from top-notch Mexican spots in California. The grilled steak they use is abundant and flavorful, and everything feels fresh and made to order.
I particularly enjoyed the chicken al pastor tacos topped with a sweet pineapple slice. Though prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality and generous portions make it absolutely worthwhile. Don't skip the fresh salsa - it complements everything perfectly. Great stop for a tasty meal on the road! 🌮
