El Taco Rojo INC is a hidden gem nestled in a car dealership, and I’m so glad I ventured in! 🌮 From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. I ordered the loaded burrito and it was bursting with flavor, though I wished it were a tad bigger.

I also sampled the birria tacos - insanely delicious and fresh! The consome was perfectly seasoned, making for a comforting experience. The atmosphere is casual and cozy, perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. Can't wait to bring my wife next time! ❤️🥳
