El Rosal 2 is a cozy gem in Modesto! 🌮 The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, ideal for any meal of the day. I tried the carne asada tacos, which were flavorful, though I wish they had a touch more meat. The beans and rice were delightful!
Service was a bit slow during my visit, but the staff was generally friendly. Don't miss the fresh salsa and crunchy chips to start your meal! A lovely spot, but maybe skip the mole if you're picky... I'll definitely return for more tacos! 🌟
