El Rodeo in Opelika serves up a vibrant slice of Mexico right in town! The atmosphere is lively and casual, perfect for a fun night out. I indulged in the Camarones Cucaracha, which was rich in flavor, paired perfectly with their fresh chips. The service was swift, and the staff were friendly, making the experience enjoyable. 🎤 On my visit, there was live music, adding to the already festive vibe. Their margaritas could use some improvement, but overall, a delightful spot to unwind and eat!
