El Rincón Tropical is a delightful find in Virginia Beach! 🌴 I absolutely loved the Guava and Cheese Empanada - so sweet and creamy! The lunch Bistec Encebollado was hearty, though could use a little extra seasoning.

The star of my meal was the Jibarito sandwich, bursting with flavor and perfectly fried plantains! The only downside was the wait time; it took about an hour to receive our food.
