El Quinto Sol is a delightful vegetarian gem in Laredo! 🌱

I visited for brunch and was blown away by the lentil soup - so hearty and flavorful! The mozzarella mushroom tacos were also a hit, crispy and satisfying.

The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for families or a relaxing solo meal. Prices are very reasonable, and I loved that both health-conscious and indulgent options were available. Don’t miss the delicious desserts either!
