Very clean inside and out.
They even have flowers on the tables.
The service was great, very nice and intelligent people working.
A woman even came around the lobby to check on everyone and how their meals were.
Super friendly.
All the food was delicious and very fresh.
My favorite El Pollo Loco throughout all of my travels!

I love the Double Chicken Tostada, but whenever I ask for a combo, they always forget to put the chips in it, this is the 4th that this has happened. If im paying for this (Which is kinda pricy unlike other places) I expect to have what im paying for, and the recipee and all shows that it should of have chips but they forget about it almost all the time, 4 out of my 6 visits comes without chips
