El Pollo Loco is a hit-or-miss spot for Mexican comfort food. I recently enjoyed their Fire-Grilled Chicken, which was tender and full of flavor, alongside a delicious side of cilantro dressing that complemented my Tostada Salad nicely. 🌮

However, the service wasn’t the best. I noticed the tables were dirty despite the restaurant being mostly empty. It’s frustrating when good food is overshadowed by uncleanliness and occasional rudeness from staff.

I appreciate the speedy service and accessibility options, making it a convenient spot for families. I’ll likely give it another shot... but I hope they improve the cleanliness! 😊
