Call April 3, 2023, proximately 13,25 hrs.I ordered a large chicken soup with two.I don’t understand why there is not a standard for the soup.I didn’t get any Fixin‘s or sides for example, the cheese or cilantro, along with the chips that come with the soup.Place is not very clean.All of the tables had food crumbs or food waste.
I order in the drive through.The young lady working there was in such a rush that gave the worst service, I would try to ask for something and she did not allowed me to finish and closed the window on my face, 3 times.After getting my order I went inside to get some salsas and the other cashier was the same way.I was always polite never rude at all with them.The food was good.They weren’t that busy it’s was Valentine’s Day at 11:00 am.
When you ask for NO GUAC, NO PICO, & extra dressing. This is what you get, everything you didn’t want etc.Listening/comprehension skills are a must in customer service.Paying attention to details pls.
