El Mariachi in Beech Grove offers a cozy and casual atmosphere perfect for a laid-back meal. I enjoyed the burrito loco, generously stuffed with flavorful meat, which was a highlight of my visit. The choriqueso brought a good amount of chorizo, but I could have used more cheese. Though the service was a bit inconsistent, the speedy delivery of food made up for it. I wouldn't recommend the flan, but the overall experience was satisfying enough for a repeat visit... 🌮
