El Malecon is a hidden gem on Foothill Blvd! 🌟

The atmosphere is casual yet cozy, with lovely outdoor seating that really enhances the dining experience. I tried the shrimp tostada, which had a perfect kick and was bursting with flavor! The marlin empanadas were a highlight, filled with a delightful mix of swordfish and cheese - simply divine.
