El Luchador Mexican Kitchen + Cantina - Henderson

Walked in on a Friday evening around 745pm on my Birthday.
Place was relatively empty in which we were surprised to see on a Friday night.
You can tell the staff had a look of irritation on their faces because it was so slow on a money maker night.
Was greeted immediately, and was promptly approached by our server Ashley who got our drinks, chips, and order taken quickly.
Food came out super fast, and was phenomenal.
Wife ordered the Asada Quesidilla and I got the enchiladas.
The restaurant itself is beautiful and one of a kind with its Luchador wrestling theme.
The bar is gorgeous.
Now tell me why this place was completely dead on Friday night? No manager in sight.
You can tell the servers are fending for themselves without any leadership in sight.
There was zero energy from the staff, and was even chased out the restaurant as we were leaving because the server thought I took the receipt.
If there was a manager present, the manager would have helped the server find the receipt sitting on the corner of the table with a napkin on top of it.
Felt like she thought we were skipping on a tip and it left a bad taste in our mouths, but i dont blame her one bit.
Won't be back, could have been an exceptional place but you need to hire managers who can execute your vision.
Not just sit back in the office until closing time.

This Mexican restaurant boasts a delightful smothered burrito with green chile that's a true highlight.
The grilled shrimp, a perfect side, adds a tasty twist to the meal.
The Horchata is great, and the quesadillas and enchiladas are equally delicious.
The spacious restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere with commendable service.
However, the menu is on the pricey side, and the extra charge for second drink refills may deter some.
Despite this, a family of four can expect a satisfying meal, though it comes with a cost – our bill totaled $93.00. Would like to see some Salsa Merengue Cumbia Bachata nights. It has amazing space to fit plenty of people.
The vibe in here is very nice. Overall an 8/10

The food was okay, nothing memorable or exceptional.
Cold, bland salsa and chips served as appetizers.
Drinks are pricey for this type of restaurant and its location.
Not excluding the product itself served in a mason jar.
