El Huarache Taco Shop is a hidden gem in Escondido! 🌮 The moment I stepped in, the vibrant colors and friendly vibe welcomed me. I ordered the carne asada huarache, and it did not disappoint - generous portions, perfectly seasoned, with fresh toppings!

The salsa bar offers a great variety, and I couldn’t resist trying a couple of different salsas; each one was packed with flavor.

The only downside? I wish they had a bit more seating, as it can get crowded during lunchtime. Overall, a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican cuisine! I’ll definitely be coming back. 😋
