El Gran Tako is a true gem in Lexington! 🌮 The authentic flavors make it one of my favorite taco joints. I recently tried the Monday burrito special for just $6.99, and it was a generous portion of delicious chicken, refried beans, and rice.

The salsa bar is a highlight - so many unique salsas to choose from! While one of the salsas was a bit underwhelming, the rest made up for it. Casual vibe, fast service, and a kids' menu too, which is perfect for families. I’ll definitely be back! 😊
