El Capataz in Laredo is a hidden gem that deserves a visit! 🌟 The Peruvian chicken was juicy and flavorful, a definite highlight, while the goat cheese appetizer stole the show - don’t miss it!

The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between cozy and trendy, making it ideal for a casual dinner or a special occasion. The bar staff are knowledgeable and mix great La Passione margaritas, perfect for a chill evening.

While the fish tacos weren’t my favorite, the overall experience was delightful. With good prices and quick service, I can’t wait to return! 🍽️✨
