El Camion (West Seattle Food Truck) Absolute monster of a burrito.
The largest proportion of any of it's kind.
I ordered the El Camion burrito with Chicken...
add the works beans and rice and lentils...
Added the Hot Sauce.
Wow it's like two meals in one! Enough to really hold yourself over...
This was for lunch, extra convenient and conventional.
Perfect location for a 'Food Truck'.
This was a very good meal ...more than what most people can handle. I'd eat here again for sure...
Order ...take it with you or sit down at the dining section and 'pig out'. Don't forget to order a drink as well. Highly recommend...
(serves two really)

Please fix how the nachos are packaged.
I really want to give this place 5 stars.
However, upon recieving my nachos from ubereats (40mins) everything was soggy.
I would of been okay with some chips being soggy, but not the entire entree sitting in water.
See pic for reference.
My chips were apple sauce textured by the time they arrived.
Possibly putting the Salsa on the side or cutting holes into the container could help for future orders. Taco tripa - 5/5 Tamales - 5/5

This is one of the best taco trucks I’ve tried in Seattle.
The mulita is bigger than your face and is stuffed with so much meat and cheese.
They also put some avocado inside as well.
The tamale is literally the size of a burrito, I’m not even joking.
You really only need one tamale for sure! Even though it was so big the masa was still moist! The masa was also very well seasoned and so was the pork inside.
My favorite part about El Camion is that they have about 8 different salsas you can choose from! There is some parking spaces next to the truck as well as street parking.
They only have one table next to the truck.
