El Borincano Restaurant is a cozy gem in Virginia Beach that feels just like home! 🤗

I had the Bistec Encebollado with a side of fresh salad and fluffy yellow rice - each bite was packed with flavor! My friends raved about the Fried Pork Chop and conch salad, too.

Despite its small size, the atmosphere is welcoming and the service pleasant. With a $10 lunch menu that’s bursting with authenticity, you can’t go wrong!

Definitely a must-visit for authentic Puerto Rican comfort food! Can’t wait to return! 🇵🇷✨
