El Baron Restaurant & NightClub

El Baron is a latino night club with some great food choices like Pupusas and Aquachiles.
It has a nice divey feel and a great atmosphere of classic Latin music and a mixed crowd of older and younger latinos.
We came on a Thursday night where they had a live futbol game which was later replaced with lively karaoke with some of the best singers I’ve heard in a while.
Service was nice and got us our food and drinks quickly.
Keep in mind this is more of a drinks spot than and food spot so don’t expect normal table service.
I recommend getting the mango/chamoy margarita or a modelo in a glass with Tajín on the rim.
Highly recommend.
(Also didn’t have any issues with Ingrid trying to steal my husband like others mentioned)

I would never go again Very racist.
Me and my cousin were in the area looking for food and drinks and this place popped up.
We went inside and they had Karaoke in Spanish which wasn't the problem.
Everyone was looking at us like we were Aliens.
When the waitress came I asked for a food menu she told me the kitchen was closed i said ok I will continue to look at the liquor menu.
Then I asked for a glass of water my cousin ordered a drink off of the menu that was handed to us.
She came back about 10 minutes later without the water and told her that the liquor wasn't available.
We just looked at each other and knew it was time to go.
As we walked out the door we heard Cheering and Clapping and were disgusted.

So disappointed! I've been coming to this restaurant/club since it was call Club Tropical best music best food best service during my youth live, now that is call el baron 👎👎👎 Today I decided to go after 7yrs just for fun can't complain about anything else except when it was time to pay the bill.
They probably thought my partner and I was drunk or something because the total was $74.07 paid with a $100 dollar bill and my change was incorrect I was $5 dollars and something change SHORT! A register or a calculator doesn't lie.
Iam sorry but if they did that to me? You tell me what kind of business are they running? I felt like grabbing the microphone and telling everyone in the restaurant/club to check the bill.
That's not ok and I will go back and make a scene or report them if it happens again.
