DON'T LISTEN TO ANY OF THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!! This place has some of the best burgers I have ever had! There are many different menu options, and you can also build your own burger.
The owner is VERY friendly, and I wish I lived closer to here so that I could eat here more often.
Keep up the good work Edzo's!!!

Favorite Evanston restaurant! The food is so delicious and the flavors are really well balanced, you'll definitely be happy with what you order.
The shakes are unbelievably good and the burgers are perfect.
I love the Gales Root Beer so deeply, ha. The owner is always very friendly and attentive to me and my friends when I come in.
My first time here I was outside the establishment and a man came up to me to harass me.
I went inside and the owner asked if I was okay.
I told him the situation and he said he would go outside and tell the guy off for me but I said he had left already.
I really appreciated that he was so empathetic.

Edzo’s never fails to impress me.
It’s a classic burger joint that you can’t go wrong with.
The place since reopening is card only, focusing on online ordering and takeout.
You can eat in but the area is relatively small.
The burgers are cooked accurate to what you request, and the beef is brought in fresh daily.
They are generous with the toppings.
I was delightfully surprised with the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger, as the BBQ flavor is mild but adds some nice layering to the flavor.
The fries are hand cut and made fresh.
Typically the fries are great but occasionally they can be just okay.
(id give a 4.5 stars if possible for this reason only) The shakes are absolutely delicious, as the banana shake was packed with flavor.
i recommend choosing split into two cups if you do takeout because they give you whatever is left from them making the shake (usually is quite a bit).
The owner is really friendly, and the staff is too.
We love coming here when the burger cravings kick in and will continue to !
