Edison's Lab Restaurant and Bar offers a cozy atmosphere that feels welcoming as soon as you walk in. I stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the Mahi tacos - absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. My friend enjoyed the pork, served with perfectly creamy mashed potatoes. The staff was friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed.

We topped off our meal with their famous bread pudding, which was enormous! Definitely enough for two or three to share. I can’t wait to come back for breakfast or maybe catch some live music. 🌟
