Edgewater Brewery offers a cozy and vibrant atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding. During my recent visit, I tried the brisket macaroni, and wow, it was fantastic - rich and cheesy comfort in every bite! The tacos were also on point, with just the right amount of salsa. Their beer selection is impressive; I enjoyed the blondie brew. Service was friendly, although a bit slow during busy hours. Overall, a solid spot for casual dining. I’ll definitely return for another round! 🍻
