Eddie's Rey de la Birria truly delivers an authentic Mexican dining experience! I sampled the famed Birria pizza, boasting layers of tortillas and tender beef, layered with cheese - definitely a standout. The addition of lime added a delightful zing to the rich flavors. The casual vibe made it great for a relaxed outing, and I appreciated the friendly staff. Although the radish garnish wasn’t my favorite, it didn’t overshadow the overall experience. I’ll be back soon for more delicious bites! 🌮
