Eddie's Restaurant in Boise is a charming little diner that has quickly become one of my favorites! 🌟 I visited for breakfast and ordered the homemade biscuits and gravy, which were absolutely divine. The American comfort food vibe makes you feel right at home.

Our service was speedy, despite a busy crowd, and the coffee was truly excellent. I also couldn’t resist trying the French toast - so fluffy and delicious! I appreciate that they offer breakfast all day long. If you're in the area, make sure to stop by! 🍽️
