I had a delightful experience at Echo & Rig in Henderson! The cozy atmosphere made it perfect for our dinner celebration. We indulged in the Creekstone ribeye, which was cooked to perfection, along with the sweet fire cauliflower - absolutely divine!
Our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring our drinks were never empty. I can't recommend the dessert enough; the chocolate cake was heavenly!
