Ebisu Japanese Restaurant is a delightful gem in Austin! 🌟 The sushi is incredibly fresh, and the Kyoto-style rolls are a must-try. I ordered the Rainbow Roll and it was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

The ambiance is casual yet trendy, making it perfect for a family outing or a cozy date. I also loved their selection of organic and vegan options - definitely something for everyone!
