East & West Proctor is a delightful gem in Tacoma! 🌟 I recently dined here and was impressed by the fast service and cozy atmosphere.
I started with their vegetarian spring rolls, which were fresh and crispy, followed by a rich Pad Thai that was a perfect balance of flavors. The tea selection was also a highlight; I tried the jasmine, and it was wonderfully fragrant!
