Dwight's Restaurant is a true Cajun delight! I swung by for lunch and opted for the shrimp étouffée, paired with green beans and creamy mac and cheese. The flavors were spot-on, perfectly seasoned without being overwhelming. I also tried the fried mushrooms and understood why they're a fan favorite - crispy and full of flavor! The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, making it great for a laid-back meal. Plus, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly... A must-visit if you’re in Lafayette! 🍤
