Duval Fish & Chicken

This was my first time at this establishment.
I have watched them build the place and when the first open it was so crowded I never really got a chance to try it until recently.
I want to say I had so much high hopes for the place but I was kind of disappointed.
The customer service was okay.
It could have been a lot better but when I received my drink my cup was spilling over with soda and the representative didn't even try to give me any napkins. I was excited about my food being made fresh but what I can say is the positive experience is they give you a great portion which I love about the place; however, on the flip side the burger I received wasn't seasoned and the lettuce was old as well as the tomato.
I was really disappointed in that.
The fries were fresh which is the best part of everything I ordered.
The cake wasn't that good it was dry and off.
I love the condiment.
I don't eat ketchup really but I was very impressed with the packaging.
I will probably give this place one more try but for right now I'm disappointed.

Horrible!!! A picture is worth a 1000 words! This was my 1st try of this place.
Never in life will I ever go there again, even if it were free! In their defense, I returned it for a full refund undoubtedly.
However, I would've preferred non-raw, non-nasty food and to not waste my time, gas and energy.

Went through the drive-thru on Sunday to try the food (there was no option to enter the building).
Got fried scallops, fries, and red snapper (which was $3 extra).
Scallops were smaller than average, but had a really good flavor and a nice, not too thick coating, which gave it the perfect crunch.
The snapper on the other hand had a funky old taste to it that made it inedible.
We would have taken it back, but we had a busy day and no time.
We wasted money on it which is why I'm giving this establishment a negative review.
