Pretty basic dunkin donuts.Nice people and good service.Some days and times busier and slower than others.
This is the last time I waste my time here.And I drink a LOT of coffee. The manager that is in her 70s with white hair could care less about customer service.That's unfortunate bc the other workers were very nice.I had a problem with the app charging me but not sending the order.This is Christmas Eve, by the way.She said I don't care about your bank, all I care about is the dunkin app.The app didn't send my order, so I showed her it came out of my account.She told me it was my phone and my problem and walked away.Merry Christmas to you, too.Anyone could understand that you wouldn't want to pay 10 dollars for a coffee.
Very angry customer service people.Why take a job in customer service if you cannot be nice to people. Countertops filthy.
