It was Fourth of July so maybe no one felt like working, however, this was by far the worst service I’ve ever had at a Duncan.First, I waited at counter, overheard drive through people talking rudely about customers, after 5 minutes a person waited on me and I asked if the order could stay open so I could get one final order from my family, a new person came over and threw the first donut into a bag when I asked for one from the back of the row.I went to pick up window or counter, and my latte was white, I said this is not right it’s too white is there any expresso in here? The guy said how many creams did you ask for, I said the girl left before I could tell her I wanted almond milk.He puts the milk in then the espresso still too light! Isn’t the order backwards, so you can see the finished product with the cream or milk choice ? I was unhappy I just took it and left as I don’t think a customer should be questioned if their order is not right. Additionally the order counter, the pick up counter, and straw counter were sticky and gross. Sadly I left there feeling like they did not care about me or their location.
Such unfriendly staff here, the girl at the window didn’t even make eye contact and when I asked for napkins she acted like it was an inconvenience.Matcha latte was gross.They gave us the wrong refresher and didn’t even say “sorry, we made the wrong one so it will be a minute”.I ordered 10 assorted munchkins and then a separate order of 3 glazed munchkins for a reason so they didn’t get chocolate on them and they just threw them in the same bag.It’s just not hard to be friendly.Exactly the reason why I usually go to the Hebron location.
Had to yell at girl standing in drive thru on phone after saying hello 4-5 times .Very rude .Then order drink lg comes marked lg but in med .Jobs not that hard dang .
