I recently visited Dunkin' on Hegenberger Rd, hoping for a quick breakfast, but my experience was a mixed bag.

The selection of coffee and breakfast items is commendable, and the crew was genuinely friendly despite being overwhelmed. I watched them remain professional while waiting for nearly 30 minutes for my iced coffee and bagel. ☕️

However, the atmosphere felt chaotic - the manager seemed disengaged, and there were issues with cleanliness that could use improvement. A supportive management team would help elevate this place. I appreciated the efforts of the crew, but overall, I might look for a different spot next time...
