December 04, 2024I frequently visit this Dunkin' for my morning fix, and while it once had a charm, lately, I've been hit-or-miss. The coffee is generally great, especially the caramel lattes, but I’ve faced some order mix-ups. 🤷♀️
One time, my iced coffee was completely shaken up, spilling all over. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I felt they could use a bit more training on customer service.
