September 08, 2024Dunkin' on E State Street is a hit-or-miss experience. ☕ The coffee here is undeniably great, and I often find myself stopping for their classic iced coffee during my morning commute.
However, during my last visit, they were out of donuts (at 4:30 PM!), which is surprising for a donut shop. 🤔 The service, unfortunately, could use some serious improvement - ordering through the electronic screens felt impersonal, and the cashier seemed a bit unfriendly.
Despite the positives, I left feeling disappointed. I hope they can improve their customer service and inventory! What do you think? 🍩
