Duk Kee Chinese Restaurant has been a beloved spot in Kaimuki for years, offering comfort food at reasonable prices. On my recent visit, I enjoyed their lunch plate, which was a hearty portion of crispy Gau Gee, sweet and sour spare ribs, and broccoli beef - all for just $7.25 - a fantastic deal! 🍽️

The atmosphere is casual and cozy, perfect for families and groups. However, I did notice some changes since the ownership shifted. While friendly, the new staff may need to refine the flavors a bit. I hope the essence of Duk Kee shines through again soon! ✨
